Essential Job Functions 
• Works with HR dept. and Site Leadership on projects that support employee engagement and morale 
• Coordinates receipt of all guests, vendors, deliveries through the front lobby 
• Organizes and delivers mail 
• Maintains accurate and organized files for events for employees, sales and marketing teams, clients/customers and site leadership 
• Follows up day to day internal customer questions/needs from employees and guests 
• Provides prompt and accurate responses to requests within 24hours of receipt or escalation to HR or Site Leadership 
• Maintain site communication boards and TV’s 
• Participates in regular team meetings and training programs as assigned by manager 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing projects for operations, customer service, marketing, engineering, HR, EHS, planning and purchasing 
• Utilizes 5S processes for conference rooms and training room, keeping it organized and stocked of supplies needed for regular and special meetings 
• Responsible for keeping snacks, drinks and other required supplies stocked for events through approved processes 
• Any other duties/jobs as assigned by HR Manager 

Position Criteria 
• Ideal candidate has a good understanding of Customer Service 
• Comfortable with technology and has a working knowledge of Windows, MS Office & Excel 
• Must be able to observe, evaluate, summarize and communicate effectively 
• Must have an analytical and process-driven approach, with a high attention to detail
• Capability in multi-tasking, including prioritization of work and management / organization of time 
• Requires excellent communication skills – both written and verbal 
• Must possess high ethical standards 
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment 
• Must possess strong professional presence 
• Must be able to find continuous improvement projects around the site 

Basic Qualifications 
• High School Diploma or GED 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. 

Preferred Qualifications 
• 1 year manufacturing environment experience 
• 2 years administrative or office/personal/executive assistant experience
