Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Keep track of Caffè orders, nutrition information, app updates, ordering, etc
  • Connect daily with Chefs and communicate with departments and other group admins on special projects and requests
  • Order supplies through approved vendors, handle requests for information and data, process charges to department cost centers and provide weekly sales reports
  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Administrative Assistant jobs:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-4 years’ related experience
  • Knowledge of office software including but not limited to Caffè Software & App
