Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Candidate will be answering phones, managing the kitchen by making sure it is stocked and ordering new supplies, coordinating with property manager on anything that needs to be addressed in the office.
  • Candidate will facilitate interactions with state legislators, and be around different corporate executives and lobbyist so they must be presentable and comfortable in this type of environment
  • Candidate will eventually get involved with some of their internal record keeping and reporting obligations that will be submitted to the state regarding their lobbying efforts.
  • Candidate will get involved with customers internal record keeping and reporting obligations that will be submitted to the state regarding lobbying efforts.

 

Must Haves:

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Customer/Client Interacting Skills
  • Experience around state legislators or those entities would be a plus
