General administrative skills - Word processing - Organizational skills - Communications skills (executive level interactions) - Filing Board meeting experience - Planning, coordination and communication - Board procedures - Minutes and documentation Proficient with PowerPoint - General skills and more advanced graphics - Creative ability Proficient with Excel - Create or work on existing - Able to translate needs into formulas, formatting, etc. Travel and expense management - Flights, hotels, car rentals - Calendar coordination Meeting planning - Customer - Internal - Outlook scheduling - Catering coordination Other - Ability to work/support other company executives - Willingness to work on special projects or events (i.e. Cruise support, etc.) - Compatible with comany culture - Experience with social media - Notary - Readily assist and support other administrative personnel in the office.
