Adecco is currently recruiting Administrative Assistant for our client in Burlington, VT. This Administrative Assistant Position is Temporary position. The Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are and not limited to:-

  • Coordinates support and office functions.
  • ¬†May supervise clerical staff. Interprets rules, regulations and policies.
  • Prepares and keeps complete inventory records.
  • Assists administrators with personnel administration issues and problems.
  • Assists administrators in the preparation of personnel documents.
  • Serves as liaison with administrative staff concerning office, fiscal and personnel matters.
  • Represents office at meetings and seminars. Keeps time and attendance records.
  • Monitors budget and makes recommendations and requests regarding needs.
  • Prepares and maintains office records and reports.
