Job Description:
Managing the Plate Centralized PO Inbox

  • Review email and attachment to confirm purpose (example: PO, Revision, Quote, Past Due, etc)
  • Confirm receipt to customer
  • Send copy to CSAR
  • Move PO emails to appropriate folder
  • Log the PO into the Central PO Receipt Order List
  • Review previous day(s) orders to see if order was entered by using GMS Order Status
  • Copy over Managing Order within Central PO Receipt List
  • Input Order Entry Date based on date order was found
  • Change Status from OPEN to Complete
  • Add any Comments as needed
  • Notify CSAR if order cannot be found when Days Old > 3

    Minimum Requirements:
    High School Diploma
    Intermediate Excel Skills

    Preferred Requirements:
    Bachelors Degree
