Administrative Assistant

We are searching for a part time Administrative Assistant in the Butler area. The hours would be 9am-1pm Monday-Friday, with occasional extra hours.


Essential Job Functions:

Coordinates and types agency letters, contracts, other correspondence, legal notices, reports, etc. including fiscal documents for administrative staff as needed.

Maintains files as assigned and possesses the ability to locate files at short notice.

Keeps staff time and attendance records for computing of payroll. Distributes employee paychecks.

Makes arrangements for cluster and other meetings as assigned, travel and hotel accommodations, conferences, seminars and staff training as necessary.

Disposes of other administrative details as directed.

Maintains access data base for special contracts and modifications.

Maintains office supply inventory and procures office supplies.

Maintains vehicle reports including: registrations, insurances, repair reports, and fuel card use.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Position must possess strong organizational skills.

Position must possess strong Microsoft Office software and computer skills.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Minimum of high school diploma. Two-year degree preferred. Experience required in positions demonstrating responsibility for varied secretarial skills and responsibility for tasks of a complex interpretative nature.
