Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

 

  • Answer office telephone and give information to callers, Greet Visitors, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Ordering supplies, coordinating shipping and logistics.
  •  Providing excellent support and service to the technical staff, office leaders, clients, vendors and others.
  •  Process and provide follow-up on vendor invoices, research/resolve problems.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of records, files and correspondence.
  •  Prepare and schedule activities such as travel arrangements, internal and external business meetings, client or third-party appointments, conferences and general office events, including scheduling of conference room use and catering needs.
  • Update and maintain multiple calendars.
  •  Preparing complex and confidential letters, technical memorandum and reports for professional and managerial staff.
  • Assist executives in office with various reports (monthly project reports, expense reporting etc.), meeting preparation and coordination, event planning, etc.

 

Candidates must meet the following Requirements:

 

  • A Successful Candidate will possess: 3 to 6 years of administrative support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with multi-line phone.
  • Professional dress required.

 

 

Pay for this position is $16.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
