Adecco is currently assisting a leading financial institution their search for an administrative disputes clerk in the Cincinnati area! As an administrative disputes clerk, you would be responsible for assisting in the investigations of potential fraud.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform computer-based research into possible fraudulent activities
• Perform quality checks and analysis
• Performing basic clerical duties as required
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Detail Oriented
• Analytical skills required
• Computer Savvy
• Ability to multitask
• Focused
• Bankcard disputes experience (Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH)
• Ability to understand general accounting (Debits and Credits)
• MasterCard/Visa regulation knowledge or Chargeback Processing background
