Administrative Assistant – Cincinnati, OH
1 month (contract)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
$18.70 / hr.

Specific Duties


Need someone who is proficient with excel and have banking background


Responsible for completing documentation for all sports/entertainment.


The sales team are responsible for doing all of the lease/loans for sports/entertainment


Responsible for keying in the assets from each deal


Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions


Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work


Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents


File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports


Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails


Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries


Perform other duties as assigned



Must Have:


High School Diploma or equivalent required


Entry level to 2 years experience required


Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills


Ability to work independently and manage one’s time


Ability to keep information organized and confidential


Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Proficient in Excel and 2 years data entry
