Our client in Fremont, MI is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This individual must have experience in administrative support with strong professional verbal and written communication. This is a short-term contract position.

This position supports the Legal & Compliance department management.
Paralegal or Insurance experience is preferred.

• High School diploma
• Associate’s degree preferred

• 3 plus years administrative support experience

• Professional verbal and written communication skills, including proofing skills
• Excellent PC, data entry and work processing skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and a well defined work ethic
• Excellent judgment, problem solving, decision making and follow through skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to prioritize, change priorities as needed, work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
• Effective interpersonal skills, able to handle conflict
• Ability to proactively collect information to complete assignments
• Ability to maintain accurate filing systems
• Ability to use:
o Adobe Professional
o Microsoft Outlook
o Excel
o PowerPoint

1+ years of administrative work in a business setting
Data entry, experience with MS Office preferred.
