Administrative Assistant Coordinator

Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator. The Administrative Assistant/Coordinator Job is a three-month assignment, with starting pay rates of 15 an hour.   For instant consideration for this Administrative Assistant/Coordinator job.  Must have Google Suite Experience. 

Administrative Assistant/Coordinator require candidates to:


? Schedules and coordinates multiple Google calendars with a variety of appointments

? Maintains accurate and detailed databases

? Gathers and documents data, providing accurate metrics from multiple sources

? Assists with administrative management

? Performs multifaceted general office support

? Greets customers, guests and visitors

? Manages inventory of supplies

? Manages various forms of required documentation

? Proficient in Advanced Google Suite – Google Calendar and Google Sheets a priority with high

test scores
