Administrative Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local company in the search for a Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant to the Sales and Operations team of a chiropractic medical device company located in Cranberry Twp, PA paying $13-16/hour. 
 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for sales representative team.
  • Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails.
  • Assist in Marketing (Social Media)
  • Assist in the Shipping and Receiving process, relaying information to customer.
  • Place orders and quotes for customers.
  • Attend Conventions and Trade Shows
  • Assist Operations Manager and Sales Manager on reports and projects.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year prior experience.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.
