POSITION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Santa Clara Valley

HOURS: Full Time; M-F, 8AM-5PM

DURATION:  Approximately 4 – months; with potential to extend or go permanent
PAY: DOE

 

Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual. Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with MS Office required.

This position supports the Hardware Technology team, a high energy, rapidly growing, dynamic engineering and management team. The Hardware Technology Team is looking for a highly organized, independently motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
