Administrative Assistant Customer Service

In this position you will need to provide 5-star customer service while answering multi line phones. Schedule service appointments for customers. Monitor technicians to make sure they are running on schedule and reaching out to customers if they are running late. Communicate with technicians regarding parts to be ordered and picked up. You will also be responsible for logging received parts and calling customers to schedule return service calls.
Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED and above all, be friendly, empathetic, and professional. Ability to multitask is a must.  Seeking individuals that are proficient at typing, Well-spoken with a pleasant speaking voice.  Ability to stay calm under stressful situations is needed as well.

Hours:  8am-5pm - M - F with some Saturdays 8am-2pm
