Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Customer Service/Administrative Assistant role in Decatur, IL! This individual must have a great bubbly personality, excellent customer service skills, and be detail oriented with the availability to work Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Specific Duties:

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering phones
  • Filing papers
  • Preparing mailings
  • Gathering documentation for loans
  • Assisting with light solicitation and reminder calls

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must pass background screen, drug screen, and credit check
  • Candidates will be screened to determine if they have exceeded the following in the prior 12-month period:
    • Three or more occurrences of late payments over 60-days late on accounts, or
    • Two or more occurrences of late payments over 90-days late on accounts, and/or
    • Third-party collections of $1,000 or more, under the category of “Placed” or
    • Judgment(s) of $1,000 or more, under the category of “Filed”.
