Administrative Assistant

Payrate:  $18.50/HR

 

Length of Assignment: 3 Months, 04/10/2019 to 06/10/2019 with possibility for extension based on performance

 

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Provide daily administrative support and problem-solving assistance to management and/or staff with a focus on supporting the Supply Chain.

Essential Functions:
. Inventory control/ inventory management.
. Transportation coordination
. Raw material purchasing/buying
. Production verification & reconciliation
. Provide backup to other administrative support.
. Process invoices and maintain records for budget tracking.
. Track departmental expenses and maintain expense records.
. Run and distribute reports as needed.
. Production scheduling
. Maintain department compliance on initiatives as appropriate.
. Assist in the coordination of department activities as needed.
. Tracking purchase orders and following up w/ accounting team
. Customer service

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Strong written and oral communication.
. Must be organized and detail orientated.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
. Able to handle routine tasks and resolve issues with a high level of independence and initiative.
. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Other Qualifications:
. 1 year in a administrative/customer service role.

. Microsoft Suite
. Purchase Orders
. Inventory
. College degree desired but not required
