Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently partnering with various clerical clients to fill their internal Administrative Assistant needs!


As an Administrative Assistant you may be responsible for:

  • Data Entry, and utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic reception duties including but not limited to; greeting customers, answering and redirecting calls, filing, etc.
  • Possibility to assist with payroll processing, timesheet reviewing, orientation conduction, and additional duties

The preferred Administrative Assistant would have:

  • Flexibility with first shift working hours
  • Previous work experience in an Administrative role in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual Spanish to English preferred but not required
  • AAS in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred but not required


This position is temporary, but could turn into a full time, permanent position for the right candidate!

Pay is based on experience, with a base around $12.00
