POSITION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Durham, NC (Zip 27709)
DURATION: 5+ Months
PAY RATE: $23/hr
HOURS: 40 hrs per week

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.**

Position Summary
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Assembles and analyzes information; prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memorandum as guided by general company practice. Manages business travel arrangements, screens/ redirect calls, takes messages, handles mail coordinates.

Activities across departments and follows up to ensure that requests are carried out. Processes expense reports and payment of invoices. Interfaces with other assistants to share and coordinate workload

• High level of expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular fluency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, and Sharepoint is required. Previous experience with Concur and SAP is preferred.
• Possesses a high degree of poise and discretion
• Experienced and comfortable interacting with executive management
• Ability to manage multiple competing and complex priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to coordinate cross functionally
• Ability to constructively manage conflicts
• Global experience in a large corporate environment is a strong plus
• Must have ability to adapt style to different cultures and backgrounds

We would also be open to a more junior person if there is a high level of motivation. This person will also need to have the ability to work internationally, as this will be a critical part of the role given the interactions needed within the Finance organization. The ability to speak German would be a plus given the interaction with Germany.
