Administrative Assistant

 

This position will require the candidate to work in the office M-F from 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch.  Pay $19-20

Reception Area

  • Manage Entrance Activities – Employees, Contractors and Visitors per KN Policy Requirements.
  • Manage Lobby Track check in system.
  • Oversee Temperature Scanning Compliance of entrants to the facility.
  • Manage Mail / Couriers (Fed Ex) for Incoming and Outgoing activities.
  • Phone / Switchboard Management of Incoming Calls as needed.
  •  

    Accounting - General

  • Invoice Processing of Direct Expenses (Payments / Credits) – Suppliers / Vendors
  • Maintaining Suppliers / Vendors’ accounts in good standing and reconciling statements as needed.
  • Support all urgent check payments are processed as needed with Operations
  •  

    Supplier / Vendor Issues and Solutions

  • Support invoicing process by educating vendors what documentation / invoice format KN requires as well as introducing them to KN Supplier Finance Programs (i.e.Tradeshift).
  • Working with suppliers /vendors on payment programs as needed  (ACH, VCA, SCF)
  •  

    Office Manager Support

  • Overall support and assistance as needed as Office Manager back-up.
  • Ordering Supplies (Office and Warehouse), maintenance and repairs
  • Facilitate security / hardware / software access as needed with QSHE Manager
