Adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant position in Falmouth, ME 04105

This is a 3+ Month contract opportunity with a possible extension.
Pay rate is $22.92 per hour
Shift is Mon to Friday 8:30 am to 5 :00 pm

The main function of this administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. You will act as information and communication managers within the fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include:

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.


High School diploma or its equivalent
2-4 years’ previous administrative experience required
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Reporting skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have customer service and interpersonal skills
Bankin experience a plus!

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only and not require relocation assistance.
