Adecco is currently seeking to build their candidate pool of Administrative Assistant candidates for Honda in Marysville, Ohio. Basic Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
• Working with intercompany departments.
• Email/Phone communication.
• Event Coordination.
• Supporting both colleagues and customers.
• Problem Solving

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 Years Administrative Experience
• Must have Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
• Ability to Multi-task.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Physical Job Requirements: lifting 10-20 lbs.
• Excellent Communication skills; verbally and written.

Typical Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Administrative positions typically start around $14.00/hr. Positions requiring special skillsets (payroll, accounting, logistics, bilingual, specialty software) or experience will be paid at a higher rate based on the department needs.
