Requirements: The candidate must have a notary license, experience working with MS Office, able to handle multiple tasks and a history of meeting deadlines and goals. This is in a busy office and needs someone who can work in a team or on their own, able to manage the office and support a busy executive who is often out of the office. Experience in expediting is a plus.
