Administrative Assistant I – Goleta, CA
1 year (contract)
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30pm or 8am – 5pm
$18.00 / hr.

Specific Duties

Provides administrative support to a department or individual
Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
This position level would typically include junior Administrative Assistant with basic administrative tasks
Admin support to the asset team and asset manager (timesheet, people transfers, meeting, PG&A activity coordination)


Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
Proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email systems
Position will receive direction and support
Prior extensive experience not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
Prefer someone that is organized, has good attention to details, works well with others
It will be a plus to have good presentation skills
