Administrative support position will be report to the general description but not limited to actual duties required of the position. The administrative assistant will also administratively support other onsite supervision as requested. Admin will screen all vendors, visitors, and workforce from access to supervision. Answer phones, and make sure messages are taken and distributed. Type and proof quotes, letters and other correspondence and send via mail/email/Fed Ex, Etc. Maintain and operate office equipment: Fax, Copier Computer etc. Create and maintain inventory list of all office supplies and necessities and initiate reorder. Run errands on and off site as directed. Act as a general receptionist for all visitors, clients, vendors, etc. Being Courteous and professional always. When typing a letter, memo or other correspondence use Microsoft Word. Must be able to process purchase orders, process daily records on time, Perform data entry and billing rates.  This is only a two-month assignment.  You will work Seven days a week Ten hour a day. Will work 7am-5pm.
