This is for a temporary to permanent opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

- Work with freight forwarders to obtain quotes and set up shipments
- Identify customer trends
- Prepare reports on deductions for management
- Maintain and track stock item shipments
- Prepare required information and documents per client requirements

Hourly pay rate is $16.00 to $17.00


Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of Administrative experience
- Ability to learn Syteline, ERP/MRP, Order Entry and Purchasing Systems
- Excellent MS Skills which include Excel and Access
- Strong communication skills
- Associates degree or directly related experience
