Essential Functions:


Work with team to help coordinate effective plans and schedules for completion of projects following a logical pattern.


Track all construction work schedules; follow up with Contractors, Tenants or Owners to obtain necessary information for the project or bid solicitation and the associated costs.


Coordinate scheduling of contractors on-site.


Assist with review of lease terms to ascertain Landlord and Tenant requirements and to plan and schedule work to be completed by various parties.


Assist General Manager in following up with Tenants to assure construction improvement lease requirements are met and conforms to lease guidelines.


Obtain and forward Tenant working drawings to Landlord’s consultants and coordinate communication amongst all parties.


Report to General Manager on evaluation and processing of requests from Tenants of Construction Allowance to ensure compliance with lease requirements.


Assist in administration of construction contracts and in obtaining all necessary permits and schedules from contractors.


Assist in the management of revisions, changes, and additions to construction contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, management, and owners.


Meet with contractors to inform them of all mall rules and regulations and necessary information for the project stages.


Oversee all contractors regarding enforcement of mall procedures, rules, and regulations for construction activities on property to ensure progress and timely completion of projects.


Take actions or report to appropriate GM for resolution of any situation that may arise before, during, and after projects.


Attend, as necessary, budget financial, leasing status, staff, and other essential conference calls and meetings for all properties.


Prepare reports and updates to GM relating to status of and any necessary modifications to ongoing projects, tracking costs vs budgets, and other essential data management involving major repairs and construction.





Diligent, ability to work as a team and willingness to learn.


Experience in building and construction administration and commercial property management preferred but not required.


Ability to follow logical pattern; identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, or approaches to problems.


Attentive, excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Office and other required computer software.
