Administrative Assistant

Job Description
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties including entering time into a spreadsheet, creating correspondence, and processing invoices. The administrative assistant may report to another administrative role or other assigned supervisory person. Typically, this position will be located at a business office, however based on the business need may be assigned to a jobsite or warehouse.

Required Skills

Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as requested.

Primary duty will be data entry for payroll, daily reports, spreadsheets, and project documents

Prepare special reports, memoranda, and word processing; compose letters of confidential nature, and routine correspondence on behalf of the business.

Receive, sort, and forward incoming and interoffice mail to appropriate individual/department in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience

High School Diploma.

Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years administrative experience.
