  • Assist department with backlog of documents and records
  • Document and record claims, payments and department transactions
  • Scanning, shredding and assist with projects, as needed
  • Processing updates to member information on company database


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be able to operate standard office equipment
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative
  • Must be able to retain information
  • Must be able to independently problem-solve and make decisions compliant with company policies
  • Must be able to lift items up to 20 pounds and perform light physical work
