  • Input new parts into the system.
  • Adjust material orders based on changes in demand.
  • Manually input new orders based on changes in demand.
  • Keep track of inventory for certain hardware parts.
  • Collect and organize information from various systems.
  • Communicate with business leaders and suppliers to gather information.
  • Navigate and input information into Excel and company specific software.
  • Visit departments on manufacturing floor. 




  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • 1-3 years of Administrative or related experience.
