Administrative Assistant

Adecco is recruiting for candidate to fill an Administrative Assistant job in Hooksett, NH! Are you computer saavy with experience in Microsoft Excel? This could be perfect job for you!

Administrative Assistant Job Details:
Hours: Monday - Friday: 6 am - 2:30 pm
Pay Rate: $ 15.80 per hour

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Assist manufacturing team in pulling data from several different software programs
- Data Entry Processes and cross referencing- Microsoft Excel
- Data system clean up
- Assist with misc. projects as directed

Administrative Assistant Must Haves:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - ie: formulas, pivot tables and macros (An assessment of your skills will be administered prior to interview)
- At least 1 year of administrative or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task, work quickly while being detail oriented and work self directed at times
- Associates degree or high preferred but not required

This is a long term temporary position. The right candidates will be reviewed for full time, permanent employment!
