Adecco is currently seeking a high level administrative assistant to support multiple Sr. Manager/Executive level travel, calendaring, PPT. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, juggle priorities and deliver superior administrative support. This is a Monday-Friday temporary position expected to last 9 months or longer. Hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities:

  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • May direct and lead the work of others
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma with at least 7 years of experience in the field or related area.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
