Seeking an experienced administrative assistant for a long term position. Job Duties include: providing administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, generating weekly reports, assist with document revision, maintain inventory, coordinate travel arrangement and other administrative duties as needed.


Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • High level of skill in Microsoft Suite- MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL EXPERIENCE
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must produce quality work with attention to detail in an efficient manner
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload while managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply learning effectively
  • Solid, logical, decision making in areas of responsibility
  •  Interact harmoniously & professionally with all others in the organization including counterparts/advisors at the company
  • Works well independently and with minimal supervision
