The Administrate Assistant/Receptionist shall oversee all duties, but not limited to:


Receptionist duties and daily functions, answering phones, being the first point of contact for the Houston office

Support all departments with various administrative requests

Support scanning and filing documents

Taking care of meeting room bookings, keeping the room tidy and stocked

Taking care of office supplies and stationary

Managing and keeping the office kitchen and reception areas tidy

Ordering coffee and kitchen supplies as needed

Support Head of departments with organizing internal and external meetings

Handling incoming mail/courier packages and ensuring invoicing is approved and sent in for payment

Be in contact with Administrative Support from Calgary office on an ongoing basis.
