The Contract HR and Payroll Administrative Assistant will work with the HR team on routine employee reporting, tracking and HR file maintenance, weekly payroll processing and auditing, and benefits administration (including disability management). This contractor will also offer additional administrative assistance to the HR Team in support of all other HR functions as needed including recruiting and hiring, training, development and policy administration. Job duties may include periodic bulk copying and collating of large orientation and testing packets to be transported as needed throughout the facility.


Minimum requirements - 3-5 years working as an HR Generalist - Administrative Assistant with concentration in benefits administration, and payroll processing.  Payroll experience in a bargaining unit (union) environment would be preferred as would a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP of FPC).
