Position can be Both remote and onsite (resource should be local to SJC) 

Job Description: 

What You'll Do 
In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed. To perform these responsibilities effectively, you will be expected to become familiar with the products, people, and organizational dynamics within Cisco. You will be expected to understand how to process, with a great degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources and other needs from the Director. In addition to supporting this Director, you will also provide support to an additional Director in the Americas GSP CxT organization. You will be responsible for determining when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred. You will be responsible for following up to ensure proper disposition and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will become a core member of the Director’s teams, attending their staff, operations and supplemental meetings, as requested. You will also be part of the GSP Administrative Assistant Team that works collaboratively for the entire Americas GSP Leadership Team.

• Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, leadership off sites and other events as well as the management of action items 
• Managing daily calendar, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules due to last minute changes 
• Experience with domestic and international travel arrangements 
• Timely expense reporting processes 
• Supporting facilities activities as needed 
• Supporting key team initiatives. Key duties may include support for team all-hands meetings, internal presentations, management of shared team information and resources on intranet/portals etc. 
• Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management. 
• Additional responsibilities as assigned/requested. 
• AA Degree desirable or equivalent experience required
