Job Title: Administrative Assistant II (Spanish or Portuguese speaking/reading would be a plus)

Location: Spring, TX 

Start Date: 7/5/2018

Start Date: 6/30/2020


Support for our client's new project team for Carcara (Project in Brazil); will involve full administrative support for the group and development of processes, etc.

  • Intensive executive calendar management and scheduling of meetings on and off site 
  • T&E processing for single executive
  • Announcement writing and PMG approval tracking 
  • Ad hoc meeting scheduling for large groups
  • Onboarding activities for all new personnel -computers, badges, surveys, introductions
  • Ergonomic supplies ordering and other ordering and invoice paying on PCARD
  • Recognition letters
  • Timekeeping for executive
  • All personnel tracking issues and interfaces with India BSC for 100 person group including maternity, etc across US and Canada 

• Strong calendar management and proactive “go getter” attitude

• PRIORITIZE tasks sometimes by the hour

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong Excel, Word & Powerpoint

• Independent thinker – not ask you for every little move of a meeting.

• Ability to network to find answers

• Thick skinned

• Wants to be here and want to do a good job



  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or
  • sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required. Position will receive direction and support.
  • This position level would typically include junior Administrative Assistant with basic administrative tasks and experience.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
