Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Administrative Assistant II role in Bridgewater, NJ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Rate: $30/hr.


Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Assists in day-today departmental functions
Monitors and maintains medical education program attendee data and reporting
Tracks and manages medical education program attendee expenses within meeting management system
Responsible for working with the sales force and customers to get appropriate program paperwork
Organizing, printing and shipping of meeting materials
Processing and filing purchase orders, check requests, contracts, etc.
Coordinates meetings and tasks, prepares corresponding materials, then takes and disseminates meeting minutes tracking progress to deliverables and action items
Arranges and manages travel plans, itineraries and expense reports
Organizes meetings and luncheons for department guests
Establishes and maintains records and files
Works with peers when special projects demand a team efforts
Coordinates direct mail projects as required


Minimum Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Strong administrative and organization skills with extreme attention to detail
• Must be independent, proactive and able to anticipate needs based on commitments, calendar and workload.
• Proven track record of fostering and building strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
• Punctual and reliable
• Efficient, able to multi-task, resourceful, strong communicator, and possesses a good attitude.
• Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
