Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to: 
•    Process equipment request
•    Manage Sr. Director Calendar
•    Back-fill on supply orders
•    Assist with New Hire Orientation/Welcome Package
•    Request badge access
•    Maintain Facilities and Maintenance requests
•    Book conference room

Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:
•    High School Diploma or GED required
•    Experienced with Quip a plus
•    Experienced with Apple Products

Additional Details:
Type:  Full-time (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 12 months
Pay: 23.15 / HR 
Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P
