1. Provide Administrative Support to multiple (4) Customer Assurance Directors and Managers. This primarily involved collaborating with others on meeting scheduling but may also include a wide range of other administrative support including coordinating travel, booking rooms, etc 
2. Provide support to the Customer Assurance team based at the RTP campus and those visiting the RTP Campus. This may include scheduling resources, catering for meetings and a wide range of other administrative support. 
3. A significant portion of the role (40%) will involve project co-ordination support for Cross Functional Interlocks that are facilitated by Customer Assurance. This includes Scheduling, Action Registers, Follow up on outstanding actions, Agendas, Coordinating with planned speakers. 

Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications) 
1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook 
2. Strong communication skills, ability to liaison with senior leaders 
3. Multi-tasking, ability to track multiple actions items to closure 

Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”) 
1. Knowledge/use of Cisco collaborations tools like WebEx, Jabber, and Spark
