Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Answer phones in a timely manner
  • Greet incoming customers and answer any questions they might have
  • Input sales, invoices and orders into computer program
  • Filing, data entry and typing
  • Must be open to complete other duties requested by management


Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job include:

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft is required
  • Very high attention to detail
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Admin experience
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Overall proficient with computers
