Administrative Assistant II

Adecco is assisting a fortune 500 tech company recruiting for an Administrative Assistant II in Seattle, WA.  These Administrative Assistant II are at least six months with the potential to convert for the right fit after 6-9 months!

Administrative Assistant II requires to greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.  Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports.  Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.  Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files. 5 years of experience are required. – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant II jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar Management: Manages Director’s calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings. For example, may decide who gets on Sr Director’s calendar, which meetings are attended, and who can attend instead.
  • Meeting Planning and Organizations: Assists Director in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for crafting the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx, TP) based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item lists.
  • Travel: Responsible for making travel itineraries for the Directors. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itinerary for calendared meetings while managing Cisco expenses.
  • Travel Briefing Preparation: Build travel packs for international trips as well as large domestic events. This work includes combining all event information in addition to coordinated logistics of travel and also customer/team asks.
  • Correspondence/Approvals: Supports Director by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition.

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Administrative Assistant II jobs:

  • AA Degree desirable
  • 5+ years’ experience in an administrative environment. A minimum of two years of experience supporting a principal who was at the Director level and above.
  • Great attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
