Job Title: Administrative Assistant II
Location: Spring, TX - No relocation assistance, travel expenses, or any other expenses can be offered
Estimated Start Date: 4/11/2018
Duration: 4/12/2019 (contract assignment)

Looking for an admin, who can help out with some higher level tasks…some PowerPoint skills, Excel skills, basic accounting, etc is desired. Candidate will support 2 managers and a team of 20-30 people.

Main Functions & Responsibilities

- Meeting scheduling/coordination, food services, and calendaring -
Ad hoc analytics report execution and data extraction from SAP and/or Career Connect systems leveraging excel
- Scribe capture for case management/investigations
- Administrative Support of various HR related projects/initiatives
- Expense report reviews/validations
-Assistance with new hire day one sign-in preparation/coordination

Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record
keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or
sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling,
retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS
Office required. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems
but may need assistance in resolving. This position would typically include senior
Administrative Assistant who is able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead
projects, handle confidential and sensitive data. Nature of the job is generally creating
rather than maintaining and developing rather than monitoring.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word,
Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, accounting skills, strong administrative coordination abilities,
customer service experience
