Position Details:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs. per week
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Pay: $19.00/hr.
Duration: 7 Months.

Job Description: Administrative Assistant/Event Planner, Customer Office – Sunnyvale, CA

Prudential is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and skilled individual for the blended role of Administrative Assistant/Event Planner in our Silicon Valley office supporting the Customer Office Product team.
This role requires the ability to anticipate needs with a consistent focus on forward-planning including the preparation of logistics, information, materials and people in advance of schedules.
Provides general administrative support (including, but not limited to, answering telephone, typing, compiling meeting materials, photocopying, faxing, filing, and maintaining/ordering supplies)
Basic/intermediate MS Office/ Lotus Notes skills and 1-3 years experience in a similar administrative role required
