POSITION: Administrative Assistant II/CSR
LOCATION: Overland Park, KS
DURATION: 3-6 months (Contract)
PAY RATE: $14.75
HOURS: 9:30am-6:00pm

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for general administrative responsibilities that include:

Preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases
Compilation of information from various sources
Handling small scale projects
Performs audits of various types
Individuals at this level may still perform office functions outlined in the first two levels but these are not the primary focus of the position
Individuals may deal with confidential material on a regular basis


High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Must have a great attention to detail
Must have computer and customer services skills
Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, Access databases, and Dashboard reporting is preferred)
Basic Microsoft Office skills in Word
