POSITION: Administrative Assistant III
LOCATION: Bothell, WA
DURATION: 6 months (contract)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant III greets visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Type correspondence, compiles data for expense and statistical reports. Schedules travel, appointments, and meetings. Coordinates space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in position or specialization
Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Outlook Calendar Mgt. & Conference Room Scheduling required
Travel booking via Concur a plus
