ADECCO IN DOWNTOWN PORTLAND is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our office team! This position is Direct Hire which means you will never be a temp!!


You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Candidates must have knowledge of basic personal computer operations, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to organize your own work and carry out assignments reliably, independently and with extensive attention to detail.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Perform all other office/admin tasks.
  • Manage technology deployment and acquisition.
  • Manage fleet usage and maintenance.
  • Manage properties including maintenance and tenant correspondence.
  • Run errands and complete personal tasks for President of company as needed.
  • Primary liaison and assistant to President.


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience required.
  • Must have experience managing commercial and residential properties.
  • Experience supporting executive level management is preferred.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, compose letters and other correspondence



  • Must possess superior time management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.


Compensation $46,000 - $50,000/yr. dependent on skill level and relevant work experience. Packages include health benefits and paid time off.
