Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. Is considered a specialist in the department or division, responsible for a complete process of complex nature. Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.

This position will be primarily be responsible to provide customer service by answering high flow incoming calls and assisting customer with accounts, services and questions. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast pace environment and have strong technology, analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving and time management skills.

Schedule 7:30am to 5:00pm


Work consists of managing various HR Processes from Regional Office, which require attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.
