Administrative Assistant

Adecco Finance has partnered with a financial company in recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Iselin, NJ. This is a 6 month contract opportunity supporting our client’s Complaint Department.

Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will share the responsibilities for work on both the Case Input and Support Teams. This challenging and diverse position will require the Administrative Assistant to learn and apply a variety of processes and procedures for multiple disciplines and shift work priorities to meet the capacity needs of each team. Daily work assignments and hours worked for each team may vary depending on incoming work and daily production needs of each team. Additional project work may also be assigned, as needed.

 

  • Analyze all incoming documents and file requests
  • Process cases in the company system
  • Create new records/documents for incoming complaint cases
  • Assist with case assignment, review, and closing

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting top level executives
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be capable of responding to shifting priorities
  • Ability to learn a variety of processes and procedures and adapt schedule to meet capacity needs
  • Multiple presentation and database package skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes)
  • Knowledge of PIWD, Common Front End (CFE), BPC, preferred
  • Typing 50+ wpm
  • Must be flexible to work overtime
