POSITION: Administrative Assistant
DURATION: 6 months (Contract)
PAY RATE: $22.00
HOURS: **Part-Time**, 20 hours/week, Flexible between 8:00am-5:00pm

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The part-time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for contacting sales persons and managers in the field to locate and retrieve equipment that is overdue for return, as well as handling inquiries regarding the status of shipments and responding to email inquiries.

Must be able to interact with others on a regular basis. This role involves interaction by phone and email with branches and operations people to organize and negotiate for the return of borrowed equipment. The individual needs to be professional and courteous while being dogged in their pursuit of timely returns. Subtlety not required. High attention to detail, grammar, etc.
